Working principle of electric humidifier
Electric humidifier is based on the principle of resistance heating. The electric heating tube is immersed in water. After the electric heating tube is powered on, according to Joule's law, the electric heating tube generates heat, which turns water into steam. When in use, connect the power, water source, and drainage pipe, and the humidifier will start to receive water. When the water level in the box reaches the working water level, the electric heating tube will start heating up; When the water level is lower than the working water level, the control circuit can be cut off, thereby stopping the heating of the electric heating tube; When the water level is too high, it overflows from the overflow outlet. The steam generated during the work process is discharged through the exhaust hole. Electric humidification is achieved by controlling the heating power of the heating element to regulate the amount of steam output. As shown in the figure below:

The electric heating tube adopts a low-power density design and a special scale inhibition treatment method, greatly extending the service life of the electric heating tube. It is made of stainless steel 316 or above material, which is corrosion-resistant, washable, and has a long service life.
The maintenance workload is small, and new technological achievements are used to solve the scaling problem. The scale on the surface of the water tank and electric heating tube keeps falling off due to repeated thermal expansion and contraction.

Humidifier controller
The microprocessor installed inside the device controls all the working processes of the humidifier and can be set through a manual controller. The upper and lower limits of humidity required by the environment can be freely set through the operation of the control panel. It can display the current operating status of the device as well as the current and cumulative humidification levels.
2Water level control
Adopting a highly reliable connected water level detector to monitor water level changes, it is not affected by fluctuations in the liquid level of the electric heating box, and the water level status can be directly observed.
3Automatic drainage
The drainage cycle and duration can be freely set. When the humidifier stops working, the drainage device will automatically drain the water inside the equipment within the set time to prevent water quality deterioration and bacterial growth.Product Performance

Product features and working principle

5 Installation method of electric humidifier
Connection of steam diffusion device
SJDR electric humidifier with three types of steam diffusion devices to choose from
1. Steam jet pipe (matched with air conditioning or air duct)
2. Steam rapid diffuser (air conditioning or duct matching)
3. Direct blowing fan

Installation position

pour:
1. The distance between the spray bar and the obstacle should be kept at least 2000mm, and the longer the distance, the better.
2. The distance between the humidifier spray bar and the humidity control sensing element should be maintained at least 2 meters
3. The spray bar should be installed as much as possible after the heater
4. When using an electric humidifier for direct indoor humidification, a specially designed direct blowing fan should be used to evenly spread the steam indoors.
5. To ensure that steam can diffuse and be effectively absorbed within a short distance, steam rapid diffusers should be used as much as possible to avoid condensation of steam in filters, fans, and ducts due to insufficient absorption distance.
Usage conditions of electric humidifier
Tap water, softened water, and purified water can be used. There are no special requirements for water quality, and it is recommended to use softened water or purified water.
1. 40 ° C>ambient temperature>4 ° C, humidity ≤ 80% RH.
2. Water and electricity are in place, and the casing is well grounded.
3. If using tap water for continuous humidification, it is recommended to regularly clean the water tank and electric heating tube. (Half a year is one period)
4. When used in conjunction with air conditioning, the circuit should be linked and controlled to avoid accidental humidification.
5. When installing a humidifier in the positive pressure section of an air conditioner, it is recommended to consult with technical personnel from Shengjie Technology Co., Ltd.
6. If the humidifier is not used for a long time, press the drain button to drain the water from the water tank completely.
7. The humidifier casing must be well grounded!
